Our Process with

HARDWARE

Whether you need hardware for your new cabinets or are just swapping out for a nice upgrade, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Selecting the perfect cabinet hardware can be overwhelming with so many choices! To ensure you receive the best service, we recommend making an appointment with our specialists. If we are designing and supplying your cabinetry, reach out to your designer to set up a meeting. Here’s how both scenarios work:

Scenario 1

We are designing and installing your cabinetry
1. Start with Research and Planning

Begin by exploring styles and ideas online or in magazines.

If you have time during your cabinet design process and meetings, talk with your designer about hardware options to get the process started. If not, you can always make an appointment while you are waiting for your cabinets to arrive.

2. Make an Appointment

We highly recommend scheduling an appointment with your sales specialist to guarantee personalized assistance during your visit. This ensures that you’ll have a dedicated expert to help you make the best choices for your project.

If you already know exactly what you want, you are more than welcome to simply call or email your selections.

3. Showroom Visit & Personal Consultation
Arrive at our showroom at your scheduled time, and a specialist will be ready to welcome you to guide you through the showroom, helping you explore the wide variety of styles and finishes we offer.
We will work with you to find hardware that matches your style and budget.
4. Document Your Choices

We’ll prepare a final selection chart and location map, incorporating your project’s drawings.

Depending on the details of your contract, we may provide an estimate to show additional pricing.

5. Payment and Ordering
Once you’ve given approval on the final selections, we’ll order based on the timeline of your cabinet installation. The goal is to have hardware here during cabinet installation to avoid project delays.
6. Installation

We only offer cabinet hardware installation on the cabinetry that we install.

Our installer will install per the locations on the approved location map.
